5.1.1.5. SecretaryΒΆ
The secretary shall:
Issue notices of all meetings called by the director or president.
Issue notices of all outings approved by the membership and discretionary outings approved by the director.
Keep a regular account of the proceedings of the Unit.
Maintain a record of membership.
Maintain a record of attendance for all meetings and outings.
Perform any such other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority adopted by the Unit.
