9.1. Outing Requests

Requests for outings shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary.

In the event of an invitation to visit outside of the jurisdiction of Elf Khurafeh Shrine the Director shall reply to the individual or group issuing the invitation to contact the potentate of the shrine serving their jurisdiction, asking said potentate to issue the invitation to the potentate of Elf Khurafeh Shrine.
