9.1. Outing Requests

Requests for outings shall be submitted in writing to the Secretary.

Any request for participation in a shrine event outside of Elf Khurafeh Shrine shall be accompanied by the express written consent of both the current Elf Khurafeh Shrine Potentate as well as the current potentate of the shrine hosting the event.
